In stock orders placed before 11:00AM PST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may be shipped by truck. Most orders are delivered 5 to 7 business days after being placed.
How can I check the status of my order?
Email us at info@bestapparel.ca with an order status request or give our customer service department a call at (587) 890-6335. Be sure to provide us with your order number. You can also view your current order status, as well as your order history, online when you’re logged into your account.
What are discount breaks?
Discount breaks are savings we pass on to our customers when they purchase items in bulk.
Are your shirts high quality?
Yes our shirts are high quality. We work with top tier local suppliers to give you the best selection available.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do not.
Do you accept international credit cards?
We do not accept international credit cards.
Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, however for orders with custom embroidery the minimum order is 20 pieces.
How do I exchange an order?
We do not accept exchanges. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with.
Does your company still offer Decorating?
Yes we do. You must order a minimum of 20 pieces and request a quote by uploading your picture on the product page. We will respond with an estimate and once you have approved the estimate we will begin your order.
Do you ship to the USA?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Canada.
